Job Summary:

Moris Media, a dynamic and innovative media company, is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to the success of our brand, moCal. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual designs.

Primary Responsibility:

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading the design efforts for moCal, creating visually stunning graphics for various digital and print media platforms. This includes but is not limited to designing marketing materials, social media graphics, website assets, packaging designs, and more. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effectively communicate moCal's message to our target audience.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to create engaging and visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with print production processes and digital design best practices

Experience (3-7 Years):

The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of relevant experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing their creative abilities and previous work in digital and print media. Experience in the media or entertainment industry is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions within deadlines
• Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and technologies
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating impactful visual experiences

• Work-from-home setup with a laptop/desktop with upgraded configurations
• High-speed internet connection for seamless navigation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility for occasional outdoor travel as required
