Design develop and implement solutions using ServiceNow ITOM modules including Event Management Cloud Management Service Mapping Discovery and Orchestration Collaborate with stakeholders IT teams and business analysts to gather understand requirements for IT operations automation optimization Develop configure ITOM-related workflows business rules scripts integrations automate operations manage infrastructure monitor events Lead development custom solutions enhancements ServiceNow improve IT operations reduce manual tasks increase efficiency Perform troubleshooting root cause analysis problem resolution related to ITOM solutions integrations Guide mentor junior developers share expertise best practices for ITOM module development Ensure proper documentation custom developments configurations system integrations Work closely cross-functional teams e.g. ITSMT DevOps ensure seamless operation of ITOM-related workflows Stay updated new features best practices innovations in ServiceNowITM incorporate ongoing development projects Must have CSA CIS Certifications Senior Developer Skills ServicenowITMServicenowCloudManagement
