This opportunity is with one of the fastest-growing D2C Brand.
The Strategy lead will work with multiple internal and external functions across functions to streamline business processes and ensure seamless execution of deliverables. He/She will also oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives to achieve new business for the organization.
If you have a minimum of 4 years of exp with a reputed agency or brand, have top-notch people management and communication skills with a solid understanding of how strategy informs every
the aspect of brand building.
An understanding of the startup ecosystem, technology, data analysis, buyer journeys, and Web 3.0 are a bonus. An upbeat personality with a collaborative approach is key as is a relentless growth and learning mindset.
Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with clients on understanding long-term business objectives and
develop brand solutions that enable these objectives. This could involve
market research, brand strategy frameworks (value pillars, positioning, brand
personality, etc), design, marketing strategy, etc.
2. Work with internal teams (account management, strategy, design, advisors) to
drive integrated project planning, development, and execution to ensure the
the highest level of strategic thinking and detailed execution is achieved.
3. Manage business development together with the Founder to build a robust
client pipeline, forge partnerships with VC firms, improve internal capabilities
with strategic partnerships etc.
4. Involved in market research to derive insights, and analyze evolving trends across
industries, and explore new opportunities for clients as well as the TBC brand
development
5. Support the development of strategic frameworks and tools that are capable of
addressing dynamic client needs
6. Support and guide the Account Management team with market insights,
discipline knowledge, and strategic expertise to ensure seamless delivery of
services
7. Mentor and guide junior planners on using The Better Collective processes,
and methodology and optimize their skills and talent.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance
agency or startup
2. Hands-on experience in planning and execution at every stage of brand and
communication strategy
3. Strong project management and people management skills
4. Progressive leadership and management skills including mentoring,
delegation, problem-solving, and anticipating needs.
5. Keen interest and experience in analyzing brand and marketing
opportunities, trends, challenges, etc. In-depth understanding of the brand
building.
