- Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relevantfield
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter(either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agencyrecruiter)
- Solid ability to conduct differenttypes of interviews (structured competencybased stressetc.)
- Handson experience with various selectionprocesses (phone interviewing reference checketc.)
- Ability to organize skills assessmentcenters (in tray activities work samples psychometric and IQ/EQtests etc.)
- Familiarity with HR databasesApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems(CMS)
- Handson experience with recruitingsoftware as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) orHuman Resource Management Systems(HRMS)
