    Overview:

    The HRRecruiter plays a crucial role in the organization by sourcingattracting interviewing and hiring top talent to meet the companysstaffing needs. They are responsible for ensuring a positivecandidate experience and contributing to the companys overallsuccess through effective recruitmentstrategies.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Collaborate withhiring managers to understand staffingneeds
    • Source potential candidates throughonline channels (e.g. social platforms and professionalnetworks)
    • Screen resumes and applicationforms
    • Conduct interviews using various reliablerecruiting and selection tools/methods
    • Assessapplicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience andaptitudes
    • Promote the companys reputation as agreat place to work
    • Keep candidates informedduring the hiring process
    • Provide analyticaland welldocumented recruiting reports to the rest of theteam
    • Act as a point of contact and buildinfluential candidate relationships during the selectionprocess
    • Promote diversity and inclusion withinthe recruitment process
    • Coordinate theonboarding process
    • Research and implement newsourcing methods to build a strong candidatepipeline
    • Assist in employee retention anddevelopment programs
    • Use HRIS and ATS to manageand organize recruitment processes
    • Maintain thecompanys culture and values whilerecruiting

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relevantfield
    • Proven work experience as a Recruiter(either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agencyrecruiter)
    • Solid ability to conduct differenttypes of interviews (structured competencybased stressetc.)
    • Handson experience with various selectionprocesses (phone interviewing reference checketc.)
    • Ability to organize skills assessmentcenters (in tray activities work samples psychometric and IQ/EQtests etc.)
    • Familiarity with HR databasesApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems(CMS)
    • Handson experience with recruitingsoftware as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) orHuman Resource Management Systems(HRMS)
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Strong decisionmakingskills

    • Sound judgment and conflictresolution abilities
    • Ability to work well withothers in a fastpaced environment
