    The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

    Responsibilities

    Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets.

    Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.

    Cross sells existing bank products to customers.

    Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.

    Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.

    Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.

    Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.

    Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction. NISM & IRDA Certifications are Mandate.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
    • CTC 10- 11lac
    • Banking Retail CASA Experience Need 2 yr to 4 yr.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
    • Focused and goal-oriented
