Weare seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead ourmarketing efforts for a pan India eye chain hospital.
The idealcandidate will be responsible for developing and implementingstrategic marketing plans to drive business growth and increasebrand awareness across all locations.
KeyResponsibilities:
1. Develop and executecomprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hospitalsservices including eye care surgeries and specializedtreatments.2. Lead a team of marketingprofessionals to ensure effective implementation of marketing plansand initiatives.3. Conduct market researchand analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead ofindustry trends.4. Collaborate with internalteams to create compelling marketing collateral including brochureswebsite content and social mediacampaigns.5. Build and maintain strongrelationships with external partners including media outletsadvertising agencies and industryinfluencers.6. Monitor and analyze theperformance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as neededto optimize results.7.
Oversee the hospitalsonline presence including website management search engineoptimization and social media engagement.8.Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively toachieve maximum return on investment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing BusinessAdministration or a related field. Masters degreepreferred. Proven track record of at least710 years in marketing roles with a focus on healthcare or hospitalindustry. Strong leadership and teammanagement skills with the ability to motivate and inspire adiverse team. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintainrelationships at all levels. Experience indeveloping and implementing successful marketing strategies thathave driven business growth.
Ability to workin a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
