- Conduct kick off calls with client to understand the project requirements
- Conduct required secondary research to understand the project topic and content
- Handle all client queries/escalations
- Assist the software team to build Survey Programming link and to check it thoroughly
- Coach team, Team Leaders, Quality Leader and Reporting Analyst on each project before the fieldwork begins
- Ensure that all the client documents and program links are checked and then sent to the client
- Assist reporting team to prepare project status report and to track the project status (production/reporting) daily
- Meet Researchers periodically to understand the field level challenges/observations and share it with clients
- Prepare weekly productivity report for Operations Head
- Ensure that processes are set and are followed
- Give full prioritization to client requirements
- Ensure that targets are met as per set timelines set per project
