ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Formulate policies, procedures and programs for recruitment, new joiners induction, benefits and compensations and labour and industrial relations
• Prepare detailed job descriptions and classification systems and define job levels and families in partnership with other managers.
• Supervising Payroll Management
• Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements. Analyse compensation policies, government regulations and prevailing wage rates to develop a competitive compensation plan.
• Identify and implement benefits to increase the quality of life for employees.
• Advise Management on equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment and discrimination.
• Preparing various reports by analysing statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organisations' personnel policies and practices.
• Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of information within the Department.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:

• Proven track record of effectively managing Industrial relations, union matters, and negotiating in long-term settlement
• Experience in the healthcare industry, with a comprehensive understanding of its unique HR challenges and dynamics is mandatory
• The ability to communicate (speak/read & write) in Marathi language proficiently.
