- Manage Digital Identity Verification Service activation projects to HSBC markets
- Progressing with IT Governance required to activate the service to HSBC market
- Working closely with global project stakeholders to ensure that delivery commitments are met
- Managing and tracking project progress and undertaking corrective actions if necessary
- Managing Risks and Issues and introducing mitigation actions
- Working closely with Product Team and Scrum Masters to make sure that customers' requirements and change requests are managed in timely manner
- Handling customers support requests and other business as usual activities
- Working closely with DIVA team across the global Requirements
- Strong practical experience and understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and TDD
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Having worked in teams delivering complex projects on time and schedule, resolving problems at team and organization level
- Experienced in estimation techniques and planning for software development projects.
- Demonstrable ability to self-manage, be proactive, take ownership, build relationships and drive solutions through from inception to production.
- Experienced in managing team delivering product utilizing cloud services is nice to have.
- Experience in scaling scrum for multiple teams is a plus.
- Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholder
