    Description

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Work with client's leadership and functional teams to drive strategic and operational initiatives, implement innovative solutions, measure results and ensure performance meets desired targets
    • Drive business development with the PLS leadership team and support proposal development
    • Define solution approach to address client business issues and determine consulting team support needs to drive engagement delivery
    • Take endtoend ownership of engagements, including client management, preparation of work plans, developing hypothesis, driving solution design & implementation, and facilitating client teams across levels to ensure alignment and timely decisions to deliver value
    • Support / lead thought leadership and practice development initiatives
    • Support / lead training and capability development for consulting teams

    Education and Experience:

    • MBA from a premier business school with exceptional academic track record
    • 7 to 9 years of experience with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical devices companies in strategy & planning, operations, sourcing, supply chain, quality and regulatory management
    • Prior consulting experience is a must
    • Experience in leading large transformational projects and large teams
    • Experience in managing projects endtoend and leading consulting teams

    Candidate Profile - Desired Skills:

    • Deep sectoral knowledge and understanding of key trends
    • Deep understanding of functional processes, performance drivers & industry leading practices, etc.
    • Good understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements
    • Deep analytical and quantitative problem solving capabilities
    • Ability to define solution approach, drive design and implement solutions to execute engagements in a timely manner
    • Strong communication (written and oral) skills and executive presence
    • Ability to develop long standing relationships with senior client stakeholders
    • Ability to develop and mentor consultants
    • Experience with digital technologies and process automation will be an added advantage
