Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Aashram Road, Ahmedabad

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1-3 years of experience of international & domestic sales of IT web & app products.

Work Timing: 10 to 7 Alternate Saturday & All Sunday weekly off

Salary: 20 to 32K/Month based on experience

Job Details:

• Platform Management: Create and optimize profiles on Upwork, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to showcase our company's services and expertise.
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential clients by conducting market research and leveraging online tools and networks.
• Client Outreach: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospective clients through personalized messages, emails, and calls.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and submit compelling proposals and quotes that align with the client's needs and expectations.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth contract closure.
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and being responsive to their inquiries.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adapt our strategies accordingly.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, proposals, and deals in our CRM system and provide regular progress reports to the management team.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and client satisfaction.
