Description

Instrumentation activities according to engineering drawing and technical specifications.

Inspection of material, Instrument, Impulse pipe & tube erection, junction box & cable tray erection, signal & control cable laying, and field instrument Calibration & termination with DCS (Siemens PCS7), SIS (Siemens), RS logic, WIN CC etc.

Hydro test & pneumatic test against the impulse line (Pipe & Tube etc.).

Co-Ordinate with operation group for DCS Graphic System and Logic system.

Coordination weekly meetings with Client to review progress and future planning to complete the project within schedule time.

Study of Tender Document, GAD, P&ID, Hook-up diagram.

Preparing and checking of billing measurement for clients and sub-contractor.

Preparing reconcile statement.

Preparing Quality Control Plant & Work Procedure for Instrument Loop Test and Commissioning of Instrument.
