We are looking for a Solar Program Managerfor a global renewable energy solutionsprovider.

JobProfile:Responsible to ownand drive programs by working closely with the developmentengineering operations and other crossfunctionalteams.
Ensure effective stakeholdermanagement with open communication acrossbusinesses/stakeholders.
Develop schedulesidentify critical paths bottlenecks and maintain executionthroughout the duration ofprograms.
Supporting the senior leadership insales and relationship/opportunity management for development andengineering services.
Responsible for overallplanning of program and periodic presentation to program/teamleadership.
Demonstrate and execute projectgoals with satisfying quality performance schedule and budget in aglobal setup.
File management and projectdiligence room supportPreliminary design andproposal generation where appropriateReviewmonthly performance reporting from third party monitoringprovider

Requirement:Mustpossess 34 years of experience as a part of a renewable energycompany.
Bachelor/Master s degree inElectrical Engineering from a premier Indian universitypreferred.
Experience in business developmentsales market analysis strategy and programmanagement.
Solar project experiencenecessary.
Strong analytical and MSOfficeskills.
Ability to communicate well inEnglish (written/spoken).Team player processoriented selfdriven and enterprising.
Startupexperience and entrepreneurial mindsetpreferred.
