What you'll do at Ather:
The Information Security Management Systems Associate is responsible for developing and implementing information security measures.

This includes creating and maintaining security policies, standards, and guidelines; conducting security assessments; and training employees on security best practices.

The Information Security Management Systems Associate also works with other departments to ensure that information security is integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.

The Information Security Management Systems Associate must also ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to information security, such as the IT, ISO 27001 and DPDP Act.

Here's what we are looking for:
Develop and implement information security processes and procedures(ISO 27001/ITGC)

Conduct security and data privacy assessments

Train employees on security best practices

Work with other departments to ensure that information security and data privacy is integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations

Monitor and report on information security risks and incidents

Maintain information security documentation

Stay up-to-date on information security trends and best practices


What you bring to Ather:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

2+ years of experience in information security process controls

Experience in data privacy implementation is an added advantage

Strong understanding of information security principles and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work under pressure

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail

Any of the following certifications will be an added advantage: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISA etc.
