    Role - Agency Relationship - Digital Ad Sales

    Experience - 2 to 7 Years

    Location - Noida(On-site)

    Job Responsibility:-

    • Expertise in handling big, small & medium size of clients/ agencies.
    • Interacting with Corporate/SME agencies.
    • Create and execute a detailed sales plan to achieve digital sales revenue objectives.
    • Have an experience in Digital Marketing, OOH, Magazine, and Print Media.
    • Sound knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
    • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
    • Market development into target segments.
    • Working closely with the head of solutions strategy & internal departments such as sales, agency team, creative & adoption in order to help drive overall company growth & revenue through opportunities within agency & client relationships.
    • Responsible for the quarterly revenue, productivity & Product priority targets.
    • To be able to present well and create an impact on clients and prospects. Open to Travel.

    Skillsets:-

    • Prior selling experience from an advertising network is desirable.
    • Preferable prior ad network selling experience.
    • Self-awareness and confidence to present and assess the sales situation.
    • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing sales.
    • Good command of the language: English and Hindi.
    • Open to travel.
    • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
    • Skills to work independently or as part of a team.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven history of meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
