    SAP GRC Senior Consultant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, administer, and support SAP GRC solutions for clients.
    • Analyze business requirements, review existing systems, and translate needs into detailed programming designs.
    • Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver high-quality solutions and improve the quality of deliverables.
    • Manage and oversee customized report design and development.
    • Provide general technical support, conduct training, and assist with scoping engagements and proposal development.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum eight years of end-to-end SAP GRC experience.
    • Expertise in SAP GRC, including at least three full-lifecycle implementation projects.
    • Hands-on configuration and customization of Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Access Request Management (ARQ).
    • Strong understanding of identifying risks associated with segregation of duties (SoD).
    • Hands-on S/4 HANA experience.
    • In-depth understanding of risk and compliance, including regulatory frameworks like SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS as they apply to SAP systems.
    • Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and security control best practices.
    • Team-lead experience.
    • Experience with planning and leading implementation workshops.
    • Knowledge of project methodologies like Activate and Agile.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work on various tasks and stretch into new roles.
    • Willingness to support both project-based work and application-managed services (AMS).
    • Ability to support a hybrid-working model at home and in the local office.
    • Thorough client services orientation and ability to execute engagements and project plans/tasks.
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to present and write at a publication-quality level.
