We are looking for skilled and motivated Domestic Technical IT Recruiters to join our team. As a Technical IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier technical talent for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leads/managers to understand technical requirements, job descriptions, and desired candidate profiles.
• Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years proven work experience as a Technical IT Recruiter in the Indian market.
• Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skill sets specially in banking domain.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
