- Collaborate with leads/managers to understand technical requirements, job descriptions, and desired candidate profiles.
- Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years proven work experience as a Technical IT Recruiter in the Indian market.
- Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skill sets specially in banking domain.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
