    Designation: Regional Manager – South

    No. of Positions: 1 Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Bangalore Educational qualifications: Any Graduate / Post Graduate (IT Knowledge & Sales Experience ) Experience: 12 – 18 years of hardcore IT software /Hardware Sales, Good communication Skills and Software Knowledge. Experience in handling a team of 8 plus sales people

    Skill set required: Profile includes introduction, demonstration, negotiations, closing the deal independently and all other sales activities to develop future business and achieve targets Job Descriptions :


    • Profile includes introduction, demonstration, negotiations, closing the deal independently and all other sales activities to develop future business and achieve targets.


    • Lead a Team of sales and achieve Regional Sales targets.


    • Preparing Techno-commercial proposals for Board of Directors and various decision-making


    • To propose software licensing solutions to a particular client. Working under strict deadlines, Monthly/Quarterly targets etc. Promotion of new software products to the customers.


    • Profile demands ability to grasp concepts like strategic planning, buying behavior, leadership qualities and organizational behavior and implement them as per the need.


    • Build sustainable customer relationships by engaging with both IT and business users


    • Ensure Business targets are met or exceeded on a quarterly and annual basis


    • Build strategic relationships with assigned accounts


    • Drive sales strategy sessions for regional accounts while contributing to and coordinating the execution of the account plans within assigned region.


    • Manage outstanding payments & set targets for the sales team to achieve.


    • Should have customer focus and result oriented approach.


    • Ability to handle key accounts. Identifying suitable customers for sales and building comprehensive funnel.


    • Handling the Operational work of the Bangalore.


    • Weekly Reporting & Weekly Planning.
