Certified IATF Auditor with IATF External Audit for Any Certification Bodies min 2 years experience in developing & Implementing Management Systems for Certification Automotive Customers Interaction HONDA IYM TVSM MAHINDRA FORD VW TOYOTA Coordination with Plants QA developing Customer score/ Performance monitoring Coordination with Plants QA and Customers on Customer complaints and warranty Issues Review and standardization of Global Management systems Support Digitization of Quality Management System Environmental Management system and Occupational Health and Safety Management System Coordinate for ESG Assessment and provide support to Plants Improvement in Management System Performance Prepare Draft Management policies consistent with ESG expectations for Top Management approval Documenting Reviewing and updating Apex Manual for IATF EMS OHSAS and other management systems Plan Manage Internal Audit Manager review across DCD plants TS/IATF Lead Auditor Internal Auditors performance evaluation Liasian with Certification Bodies for External Audits Planning Support plants Customer Audits corrective Actions Customer Visits Customer returned products Customer complaints tracking Effectiveness QMS To drive best practices Any other assignment as directed by supervisor or Manager.
