    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Customer Care Executive - Gold Loan to join our team at IIFL Finance. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Gold Loan customers. This is a full-time position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in any field
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to handle customer queries and complaints with empathy

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for New Customer acquisition & business growth
    • Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL _GL branch in the proper catchment areas.
    • Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues related to Gold Loan
    • Provide prompt and accurate information to customers regarding Gold Loan products, services, and procedures
    • Assist customers in the loan application process and ensure all required documents are collected
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement process
    • Maintain and update customer records in the system
    • Follow up with customers to ensure timely loan repayments
    • Handle customer escalations and provide appropriate solutions
