As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our real estate services, and generating leads.     Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven work experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role
    • Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and processes
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to persuade and influence potential clients
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
    • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
    • Fluent in English and local language
    • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling or sales roles

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our real estate services
    • Provide accurate information about available properties and answer client inquiries
    • Identify and generate leads through cold calling
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and effective communication
    • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion
    • Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close sales
    • Update client information in the database
    • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies
