- Focus on large projects, business houses and new upcoming investments in the given business segment.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Product positioning and creating value proposition for the client and demonstrate ROI.
- Meeting consultants for obtaining approvals and promoting new products, spec-in activity based on product differentiators.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Crete sales pipeline (enquiry Bank) and track the same for better conversion.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities with end-to-end responsibility.
- Holding presentations, seminars and attending conferences to create strong presence with potential clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world and update the same internally for necessary changes in Business strategy.
- New product development to support new business and upcoming market trends.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical with MBA is preferred.
- Exposure to end user segment Or having performed BD role with B2B experience.
- Verbal and written communication skills, Presentation skills is must.
- Ready to travel at remote site locations, rural area, able to handle pressures.
