    Key Responsibilities:

    • Enhance and oversee financial systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
    • Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, providing insights for optimization.
    • Conduct regular financial audits to maintain transparency and compliance.
    • Prepare precise and timely financial statements while ensuring regulatory adherence.
    • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business and internal account department performance.
    • Identify and assess financial risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
    • Collaborate with other departments, offering financial insights and support.
    • Utilize financial software to streamline processes and stay updated on advancements.
    • Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and regulations.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.

    Qualifications:

    • Mandatory qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA).
    • Demonstrated experience of 2 to 3 years in financial management and accounting.
    • Profound knowledge of financial laws and regulations, including experience in industries such as (add relevant industries).
    • Experience in team handling.
    • Proficiency in accountant standards, including expertise in TDS, GST, Income tax, and finalization of books of accounts.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
