    Job Description: Social Media Manager

    Location: Mumbai (Goregaon West)

    be a part of our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various marketing

    functions, including communications, advertising, digital, and social media handles along

    with a thorough understanding of marketing tools. He/she must be an organized multitasker,

    and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

     Social Media Management: Managing content calendars, publishing content across

    social media platforms, managing engagements, and tracking engagements. It

    includes Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube.

     Content Calendar Setup & Management from different social media platform like

    Facebook, Instagram, You Tube. Content Buckets Management what are the

    different Topics & ideas

     Content Research & Competitive Research what new content created for social media.

     What kind of content, Post, Design, Trends, is working for competitor & over all on

    platform

     Marketing Communication: Ensuring that all brand communications are shared

    across platforms & clients, using various communication channels such as email -

    marketing, SMS marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and automated voice calls.

    o Marketing Insights & Reports: The person will be holding the job position

    of a marketing executive will learn and be responsible for tracking reports

    across social media, checking how are the engagements happening for the

    brand, what is working and what is not, what is the growth for followers and

    subscribers. Creating reports for paid media efforts, reports of campaigns that

    are being run on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and preparing reports of

    the same by using given formats. Reports include event reports which mean

    tracking when participants joined in, from which source of leads, what

    percentage of participants joined in, and what percentage of participants

    signed up.

    4) Research and Brand collaboration: The person is also going to be responsible for

    researching competitors and "A" players across the industry and their social media content,

    checking their marketing efforts, brand communication, programs, and services. The person

    will also be responsible for reaching out to relevant people with whom we can collaborate for

    business purposes. Researching individuals and influencers that can collaborate with our

    brand with synergy, for creating higher impact, generating more reach for the brand, and

    getting access to other people's rooms to get more subscribers and students for our program.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

     Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related fields.

     Must have 3 years of experience in marketing or a similar capacity.

     Experience in MIS/dashboard preparation.

    •  Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
