    Experience with Firewalls Load balancers will be anadded advantage. Fluent inEnglish (verbal and written). Passionateabout networking information technology or cloudtechnologies. An uptodate knowledge andunderstanding of your employers business and industry needs as wellas the technical demands Excellentcommunication skills particularly the ability to communicate withstaff who are not technically trained.
    Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working withdifferent teams clients and groups of staff across anorganisation. Organisational skills and theability to prioritise your workload.

    Readyto work in rotational shifts in 24x7operations
    KeyResponsibilities Provide support in the areasof Network and Network security products like Cisco Comware ArubaCheckpoint Palo Alto Fortinet F5 etc.

    Operate Administer and Govern customer setup.

    Provide leadership in technical problemmanagement and the resolution of all issues working closely withend customers and HP remote and field supportstaff.

    Develop action plans to investigateand resolve complex issues/problems and clearly communicate theseto engineers customers and/or relevantmanagers. Participate in afterhours remotesupport rosters. Identify and contribute toprojects to improve product support customer satisfaction and teamefficiency.

    Be aware of and contribute tothe improvement of team performance as measured in the teamBusiness Fundamentals Tables (BFT).Technical writing skills will be required to publish Issueresolution documents (KM & KT)Required to communicate effectively with Technical and NonTechnicalstakeholders and should have the ability to drive theconversation/discussion Must be able tointeract with colleagues from different countries and background(own team members of SC and ProductDivisions) Participate/Drive ITIL basedchange management Problem management incidentmanagement.
    Experience/Knowledge 3 years of demonstrated experience in Networktroubleshooting including service and support on networkingproducts such as routers switches firewallsetc.

    Ability to isolate and solve complextechnical/business problems with the ability to interact withpeople (customer and internal HPE) at all levels across ageographic region.

    Demonstrate strongwritten and verbal communication skills.

    Education/CertificationBE/BTech/BCA/BSC CCNA or similar networkcertification.
