    Senior Manager - Lean Digital Transformation

    ResponsibilitiesIdentifying areas of significant Customer Business Impact and improvement opportunities therein and provide strategic direction & thought leadershipThe role provides an opportunity to lead initiatives providing exposure to senior stakeholders – internal and externalCreate and lead Transformation roadmaps in synchronization with client priorities to drive value for the clientProgram manager and be accountable of the entire delivery of the

    Transformation Roadmap:
    Work with cross-functional teams; multiple geographies to run a common agenda for transformation & continuous improvementEnsure delivery of Digital intervention by following the milestone of SDLC and being compliant to cost and timeline commitmentsContinuously challenge the status-quo and come up with point-of-views that drive significant value for clientsLead a culture of Innovation and help in modernizing operationsLead and implement Business Process Management System for TransitionsDrive Effectively LDT DNA - training, testing & certification, lead any other analytics and productivity initiatives that come upCoaching and Mentoring of Black Belts and Business AnalystsEffectively apply LEAN, Six Sigma tools/functional knowledge to improve process capability and eliminate defects by executing projects himself/herself & driving BB certificationLead & mentor Green Belts and use of Six Sigma tools and techniques to achieve results across multiple clientsDevelop, optimize and manage analytics models (calculators, P&L models, price models, etc.) for the business objectives of the functionsDeploy best-in- class analytics practices, models, and research methods to analyze opportunity to improve profitability and reduce margin leakage, including but not limited to:Customer and product portfolio segmentationPrice leakage and elasticityPrice/volume forecastingCross- sell recommendation

    Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications

    • Certified GB
    • Proven track of delivering high impact F&A Transformation projects
    • Prior Project management or Transformation experience and experience in Automation / Process excellence.
    • Should be a certified Green Belt (exposure to Green belt project / transformation / consulting projects)
    • Demonstrated affinity for developing and overseeing strategic solution execution
    • Must demonstrate managerial diplomacy in resolving issues to/from/within the business and technology.
    • Must have superb ability to articulate strategy in manner consistent with audience, level and stake in the game
    • Keen ability to quickly understand organizational dynamics and geographic cultures. Must have the ability to conform to the culture/dynamic while maintaining the message
    • Strong interpersonal ability and relationship building skills
    • Ability to exercise peer leadership and influence the business in matrix fashion
    • Strong business planning, analytical, and conceptual skills
    • Ability to communicate technically complex IT concepts to business stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated high competency in leading multiple large projects
    • Demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems
    • Excellent interpersonal, including strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to work effectively with all levels of the organization as well as geographically disbursed teams.
    • Ability to work independently as well as in team environment, providing structure in ambiguous situations.
    • Highly motivated self-starter, driven for results, effective at prioritizing and managing complex initiatives concurrently.
    • High level of responsibility and ownership from inception through implementation.
    • Expert MS Office skills to include Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and comfort using these tools to build processes flow charts, presentation and statuses.
    • Technical, process improvement based project management or business analysis experience
    Preferred qualifications

    • Certified Project Manager
    • Certified in RPA/Digital
    • Fantastic interpersonal skills – communicating value/adapting communication to front line managers through CFO
    • Client facing consulting experience
