    PositionOverview:We are seeking adynamic and resultsdriven Automation Sales Engineer to join ourteam. The successful candidate will be responsible for drivingsales of automation products and solutions to new and existingclients. This role requires a strong technical background inautomation systems coupled with excellent sales and negotiationskills.Responsibilities:
    1. Identifyand develop new business opportunities in the automationsector.
    2. Build and maintain strong relationshipswith clients understanding their automation needs and providingtailored solutions.
    3. Collaborate with thetechnical team to design and propose automation solutions based onclient requirements.
    4. Prepare and delivercompelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospectiveclients.
    5. Negotiate and close sales agreementsensuring profitability and customersatisfaction.
    6. Stay updated on industry trendsand competitor activities to identify opportunities forgrowth.
    7. Provide postsales support and followupto ensure customer satisfaction andretention.
    8. Achieve sales targets and KPIs setby the management team.
    9. Collaborate withinternal departments to streamline processes and improve overallefficiency.
    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelorsdegree in Engineering or related field.
    2. Minimumof 2 years of experience in sales preferably in the automationindustry.
    3. Strong technical background inautomation systems including PLCs HMIs SCADA and industrialnetworks.
    4. Proven track record of achievingsales targets and driving revenuegrowth.
    5. Excellent communication negotiation andpresentation skills.
    6. Ability to understandcomplex technical concepts and communicate them effectively toclients.
    7. Selfmotivated with a strong drive forresults and customer satisfaction.
    8. Ability towork independently as well as part of ateam.
    9. Willingness to travel asrequired.
