    About the Role : -

    We are looking for an experienced
    Senior Executive – Export / Import Documentation
    to manage and oversee all documentation, coordination, and compliance related to our international shipments. The role involves handling end-to-end export and import processes for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging components, ensuring timely dispatches, and maintaining 100% compliance with customs and trade regulations.

    Key Responsibilities : -

    • Prepare, verify, and manage
      export and import documentation,
      including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, and other statutory forms.
    • Coordinate with
      freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, and logistics partners
      for smooth dispatches.
    • Ensure compliance with
      DGFT, Customs, Excise, and other trade authorities
      as per Indian and international standards.
    • Maintain proper records for
      export incentives, duty drawback, advance authorizations, and EPCG documentation.
    • Handle import documentation for raw materials, perfume concentrates, and packaging materials.
    • Track and monitor shipment status
      , ensuring on-time delivery to distributors, export partners, and third-party warehouses.
    • Liaise with
      internal teams (Production, Supply Chain, Finance)
      for approvals, documentation, and dispatch planning.
    • Ensure
      compliance with product labelling, HS codes, and international packaging norms
      applicable to the Perfume and Personal Care industry.
    • Maintain up-to-date documentation repositories and generate monthly MIS reports for management review.

    Candidate Profile : -

    • Graduate/postgraduate
      in international business, commerce, or supply chain.
    • 5–8 years of experience
      in export/import documentation within
      FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Perfume industry
      .
    • Thorough knowledge of
      customs clearance, INCOTERMS, export incentives, and DGFT procedures.
    • Strong communication skills and coordination ability with external stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to handle high-volume shipments efficiently.
