This position oversees the employee relations and industrial relations function, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing ER/IR policies, formulating labor relations strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, addressing grievances, leading the HR team, fostering employee engagement, and providing advisory support to management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, industrial relations, or a related field, with around 20 years of experience in managing large workforces, liaising with government officials, and handling contract labor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations is preferred.

• Around 20 years of experience in employee relations, industrial relations, or a related field.
• Proven track record in handling contract labor, factory administration, and compliance.
• Experience in managing very large workforces in an industrial setting and across multiple plants across states.
• Strong experience in liaising with government officials and managing community relations.
