    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Practice Head/CXO and Sales Team to Identify New Opportunities.
    • Drive Cross-Selling of Identified Services to New Customers.
    • Engage in Presales and Sales Activities for Data Engineering Practice with Focus on Estimation, Quality Proposal Making, and Presentation.
    • Develop Processes and Procedures to Enable Productization of Identified Service Lines.
    • Travel to Client Locations as Required.
    • Provide Consulting, Advisory, Assessment, and Implementation Services to Customers in Data Management.
    • Manage End-to-End Data Engineering Architecture, Selecting Platform, Designing Technical Architecture, and Realizing Proposed Solution.
    • Assess and Recommend Tools and Technology Selection in Data Engineering Practice.
    • Implement Data Governance, Compliance, and Security.
    • Outline Design to Integrate, Centralize, and Maintain Data.
    • Identify Data Sources, Internal and External, and Plan for Data Management.
    • Guide and Supervise Team Members during Work Activities.
    • Ensure Continuous Skill Improvement of Focus Leaders and Associates.
    • Lead Creation of Accelerators and Offerings for Data Engineering Practice.

    Job Requirements:

    • Technical Experience:
    • 15+ Years Overall Experience with 5+ Years Hands-on Experience in Cloud Data Management.
    • Experience in Key Tools and Technologies like:
    • Cloud Data Warehouse: Snowflake, Azure Synapse.
    • Azure, Azure Data Factory | Python, PySpark, Kafka, R, Databricks Web Focus, Power BI, QlikView, Looker, Terraform.
    • Proficiency in On-Prem and Cloud Data Warehouse, Data Modelling, ETL, BI and Analytics, Data Ops and Data Science.
    • Good Communication and Collaboration Skills to Work with Customer Executives and Data Leaders.
    • 6 Months Experience in Microsoft Fabric.
    • 2-3 Years Extensive Experience in Azure Synapse(SQL Pool) Data Warehouse Development.
    • 2+ Years Experience in Snowflake Database.
    • Extensive Experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF).
    • Previous Experience in SQL Server Database and Azure SQL Data Warehouse.
    • Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
    • Experience in Dimensional Modelling.
    • Experience in ETL, Informatica, IICS, Integrations etc.
    • Design/Building Azure Synapse/Snow Flake Framework from the Scratch.
