Role Description:
1)
Strategic Planning:
Function as the custodian of the organization structure and its people by identifying current and future strategic workforces needs.
2)Workforce Planning:
Plan the workforce for the function and fulfilment of regular critical vacancies through mid-career recruitment. Also, analyze exits and devise actions to control attrition.
3)
Employee Effectiveness:
Monitor employee productivity and implement actions for its improvement
4)
Employee Performance:
Coach managers to improve their effectiveness and support employees in managing their careers(performance potential)
5)
Competency Building:
Enabling the process of developing key competencies in the function, by supporting LD to identify competency requirements (technical and behavioral) for all roles.
6)Employee Engagement:
Enable employee engagement initiatives to deliver maximum engagement.
7)
Advocacy:
Champion employee advocacy by being the 'voice' of the employee. Also, champion all Diversity Inclusion initiatives within the function.
