Roles and Responsibilities
1. SEO Optimization:
Conduct thorough keyword research, analysis, and implementation to enhance website ranking
and visibility on search engines.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search results.
2. Competitor Analysis:
Perform regular competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for our
digital marketing strategies.
Utilize insights to refine and enhance our marketing tactics and campaigns.
3. Social Media Advertising:
Develop and execute effective social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance based on key metrics and target audience
engagement.
4. Website Optimization for Better Customer Experience:
Collaborate with the web development team to optimize website usability, navigation, and user
experience.
Implement strategies to enhance website performance, conversion rates, and customer journey.
5. Keywords Analysis and Management:
Continuously analyse keywords and phrases to drive targeted traffic and improve content
relevance.
Optimize content across digital platforms based on keyword analysis.
6. Social Media Management and Customer Engagement:
Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and maintain consistent brand
messaging.
Interact with customers, respond to queries, and foster positive relationships to enhance brand
loyalty.
7. Reporting and Insights:
Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance, including website traffic, conversion
rates, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing
strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing roles, preferably with a focus on SEO, social media
advertising, and website optimization with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms and running ad campaigns (Facebook Ads
Manager, Instagram Ads, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers across digital channels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to department heads on marketing
performance.
