Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team at our Kharadi, Pune office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, specifically in the industrial construction industry, and be proficient in Tally. You should have more than 5 years of relevant work experience and a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. Additionally, you must be comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications and fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally.
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and documents as required.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Perform regular audits and reconciliations.
• Prepare and file tax documents as required.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expense tracking.
• Provide support during financial audits and other related activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the industrial construction industry.
• Proficiency in Tally software is a must.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Preferably a candidate from Pune, with the ability to commute to the Kharadi office daily.
