    Description

    Job DescriptionExcellent knowledge and understanding of Cisco Client architecture and policies with hands on experience of troubleshooting of Client issues.

    Must have knowledge on Integration of Cisco Client with database source such as AD, LDAP, and SQL DB.Configure and troubleshoot issues related to authentication, authorization, and accounting policies for user authentication and troubleshooting Cisco Client in distributed/HA mode.

    Configuring and troubleshooting policies for authentication relating to EAP-FAST, PEAP, LEAP and EAP-TLS.Sound knowledge and expertise on authentication and BYOD/Guest portal maintenance.

    Configure and deploy Guest network using ClientConfigure and troubleshoot profiling and posturing for user devices and compliance.
    Configuring TACACS for device administration.

    Handle all L level escalationsHandle physical restoration of device and configurationsInteract with the client on a day-to-day basis and understand changes in the processUpgrade IOS and patches of Client as per schedule.

    Handle all changes as per the change management processExcellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
    Good knowledge of Cisco Wireless Lan Controllers (WLCs) will be an added advantage.
