Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Chennai.
The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating interior designs, developing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment).
The role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects. Attention to detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and creative problem-solving will be key aspects of daily tasks.Qualifications
Space Planning and Interior Design expertise, with a strong eye for aesthetics and functionality
Experience in Architecture and developing precise Construction Drawings
Knowledge of FF&E selection, sourcing, and application in projects
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members
Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Familiarity with project management and an ability to meet deadlines with high-quality results
