    Job Descriptions:
    We are looking for a talented

    "Model-Based Development Lead".

    In this role, you will be required to collaborate with a team of engineers to ensure successful project completion. Develop and maintain project plans and schedules. Communicate project status to stakeholders.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Strong knowledge in using the MATLAB (Simulink, Stateflow) software environment including programming.
    • Experience in Model Based Simulation setup, validation, and verification.
    • Experience in developing mathematical models of vehicles at the system and subsystem level.
    • Experience in Model-based SW development for ADAS systems like BSD, AEB, ACC, CWS, etc.
    • Exposure to M-scripting/python will be an added advantage.
    • Experience in auto code generation using Embedded Coder
    • Knowledge of MISRA-C guidelines and MAAB guidelines
    • Experience of MIL-SIL-PIL & HIL testing

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
    • 5+ years of professional experience in MBD
    • 2+ years of professional experience in designing controller models for AEB, BSD, ACC, etc.
    • 1+ years of experience of end to end development of products using MBD
    • Degree discipline in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related degree
    • Experience with agile methods, DOORS
    • Experience with embedded software development for safety-critical automotive systems
    • Good communication skills to discuss issues/solutions with team and external customers
    • Capable of working independently in an organized and structured fashion
    • Development of BSW in MATLAB for NXP microcontrollers
