    Designation: Channel Manager

    Vertical: Partner Alliance

    Location: Mumbai/ Pune/ Bangalore/ Kolkata/ Hyderabad/ Lucknow/ Ahmedabad/ Indore/ Bhubaneshwar

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle a team of Channel Managers.
    • Train, Motivate & get productivity from the team.
    • Acquisition of Franchisee, IFA (Independent Financial Advisors) & Rimesier.
    • Build rapport with these Partners (APs & DGs) & help them on-board their clients across products.
    • Conduct training of Partners for all our products across Direct Equity & Investment products like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Insurance, Bond, Fixed Deposit etc with the help of products & training team.
    • Ensure best services to partners.
    • Help Distributors on joint calls.
    • Organize seminar/webinar for the partners of his/her cluster.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Should be from Broking Industry with minimum of 2 Years of team handling experience.
    • B2B Experience is preferable.
    • Experience of selling Equity broking products along with Mutual Funds, PMS etc needed.
    • Need to have good communication skill.
    • Need to have ability to learn and update regularly on Capital Markets.
    • Desired to achieve sales target.
