- Handle a team of Channel Managers.
- Train, Motivate & get productivity from the team.
- Acquisition of Franchisee, IFA (Independent Financial Advisors) & Rimesier.
- Build rapport with these Partners (APs & DGs) & help them on-board their clients across products.
- Conduct training of Partners for all our products across Direct Equity & Investment products like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Insurance, Bond, Fixed Deposit etc with the help of products & training team.
- Ensure best services to partners.
- Help Distributors on joint calls.
- Organize seminar/webinar for the partners of his/her cluster.
- Should be from Broking Industry with minimum of 2 Years of team handling experience.
- B2B Experience is preferable.
- Experience of selling Equity broking products along with Mutual Funds, PMS etc needed.
- Need to have good communication skill.
- Need to have ability to learn and update regularly on Capital Markets.
- Desired to achieve sales target.
