    Assistant Brand Marketing Manager International Business Bangalore


    Job Details:


    This role will be responsible for supporting the GTM strategy for international markets, through development & execution of online and offline campaigns.


    The key deliverables would include :
    a) assisting the Brand Manager in brand strategy & communication including planning, developing, implementing and monitoring of marketing campaigns;

    b) conducting consumer & market research for inputs to the product and pricing strategy;

    c) working closely with the retail & product teams for fulfilling IBD specific needs in this category/market.

    In addition the person will also handle marketing efforts in collaboration with the marketing business

    Marketing :
    Brand management : Marketing plan and calendar


    • Assist in the development of the marketing brief aligned to the marketing strategy and participate in briefing the agencies for the development of the plan
    • Drive constant alignment with Merchandising calendars, design calendars and retail calendars to deliver marketing plans that are region optimised
    • Participate in the evaluation and finalisation of the marketing plan developed by the agencies
    • Identify and shortlist agencies/vendors based on their capability / offerings aligned to the business requirements

    Marketing :
    Strategy Development : Market & Consumer Insights


    • Assist in undertaking marketing / customer research to understand the brand positioning, trends, insights, gaps and strengths and the development of the marketing calendar
    • Develop a deep understanding of the consumer along with market & competition insights for key IBD markets
    • Develop & execute regular consumer panels, surveys, FGDs etc.
    • Closely engage with Business Heads / Retail Heads, Agencies, Partners, and other internal teams to gain deeper understanding of markets
    • Recommend actionables/inputs for each of the identified consumer segments
