    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Placement Officer. The Placement Officer will play a crucial role in connecting our organization with potential employers to facilitate job placements for our students or candidates. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and a keen understanding of the job market.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
    • Collaborate with academic departments and career services to identify job opportunities for students or candidates.
    • Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and networking sessions to connect students or candidates with potential employers.
    • Provide guidance and support to students or candidates throughout the job search process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and job application strategies.
    • Maintain accurate records of job placements, employer contacts, and student/candidate interactions.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career opportunities.
    • Act as a liaison between employers and students/candidates to facilitate communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of placement strategies and initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
    • Conduct outreach activities to expand the organization's network of employers and enhance placement opportunities.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business Administration, Human Resources, or Education). Master's degree preferred.

    Experience

    • Previous experience in recruitment, career services, or related fields is highly desirable.(2-3 year experience)
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in using computer applications and online platforms for networking and data management.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
    • Knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment strategies.
    • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

    Salary : The position offers a competitive salary range of 5 to 6 LPA.

    Location : Bengaluru
