Sr Warehouse Associate - Pudupakkam, India - Endo

Description

Ensure the Receipt and Storage of consignments as per SOP. Ensure the consignments received from approved vendors and initiate proper documents as per SOP.
Ensure to maintain and filing of the documents (Delivery challan, Invoice, PO copy, Check list, Weighment record etc.
Ensure Daily / Quarterly calibration for Warehouse balances completed as per SOP and time interval.
Managing day to day activities and manpower planning as per the requirement.
Ensure to maintain the Temperature data and other documents are updated on time.
Ensure the cleaning activities of entire Warehouse, Equipment / Instruments, and dispensing tools.
Ensure the storage of RM and PM in the designated areas. Ensure the Printed packing materials, Labels and Rejected materials under lock and key.
ERP updation for all warehouse transactions on time.
Ensure the rejections are handling in warehouse are as per the procedure and maintenance of scrap area neat and segregated

Ensure the online documentation in warehouse activity.

Perform the dispensing activities in the Formweigh.Net system.

Stage review of executed BMR/BPR and compliance.

Line clearance of dispensing activity.

EMS alarm acknowledge and report generation for batch.

Ensure the online documentation in warehouse activity.

Co-ordinate with Production & PPIC department for dispensing priority.

Keep area ready to face internal, External, and regulatory audits and inspections.

Responsible to perform and verification stock cycle counts as per schedule.

Receipt and dispatch of Finished goods.

Ensure the online documentation in warehouse activity.

Perform the dispensing activities in the Formweigh.Net system.
