    Position Overview:

    As the Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant, you'll share some of the Managing Director's responsibilities, playing a vital role in supporting business operations. Tracking priorities, managing correspondence, and coordinating tasks to enhance productivity are key facets of this dynamic role

    Your primary focus will be to serve as the unwavering pillar of support for our Managing Director as we focus on significant expansion of our business operations.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
    • Candidates should be physically fit, agile, and health-conscious.
    • Jovial, friendly, approachable fashion-conscious, and presentable.
    • Modern outlook with global awareness.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other business applications.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Event management skills would be helpful.
    • Ability to handle personal tasks of the Managing Director like financial investments, philanthropic activities etc.
    • Having experience in HR is preferred.

    • Handle official correspondence and emails on behalf of the Managing Director.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
    • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
    • Organize and coordinate official events with full ownership.
