Purpose / Key Objectives of the JobIM Services is the global service delivery unit responsible for the (End-to-End) IT services provided to the businesses and functions and the end users across the globe.

The Solution Architect (N&IA) is responsible for ensuring the provisioning of the Network and Internet Access services globally.

As a Solution Architect specializing in networking, your role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and overseeing effective network solutions for our organization's projects and infrastructure.

You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the networking architecture meets the organization's requirements, aligns with industry best practices, and supports seamless communication and data transfer.

Focus of this role is on security, more specific around network segmentation, micro segmentation and remote connectivity.

About the job (Job Responsibilities)Designing comprehensive network and security architecture solutions for clients, considering their specific requirements and industry best practices.

Leading the implementation and deployment of networking and security solutions, ensuring adherence to design principles and best practices.
Providing technical guidance and knowledge transfer to internal teams, including engineers and support staff.

Participating in the evaluation and selection of networking and security products, tools, and technologies, and providing input for their incorporation into solution designs.

Contributing to the development of best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of solution architecture activities.

We believe you bring (Education & Experience)Master's degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering or equivalent based on practical experienceProfessional with minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT Infrastructure including 2-4 years managing IT services & professionals across diverse geographies and organizational culturesExternal vendor management experience in an international contextKnowledge of the manufacturing/ process industryKnowledge of best practice solutions in the shared solutions spaceExperience in relevant infrastructure services.

Demonstrable ability to act autonomously, analytical and structured
