On a more serious note, we'd love someone who embraces different mediums from print to OOH to digital. Someone who isn't afraid to play with typography, new visual styles and doesn't just take a concept as it is, but actively thinks about how to visually bring it to life.

If all of that sounded like fun, here's a little more of what we're expecting out

of you:

Work hand in glove with copywriters to bring ideas and concepts to life.

Understand each brand's visual language, their target audience and create visuals that are on-brand.

Work with equal enthu on a range of mediums - be it print, banner ads, website content, social posts, or art directing shoots.

Lead projects and internal pipelines along with the team with max efficiency.

Keep upskilling yourself along with the team, everyone's happy to learn new things here.

Always think about how to elevate an idea visually.

Work harmoniously with account managers, producers, and other team members not directly involved in the creative input.

Make yourself heard in every meeting. Voice your opinions, share that idea hidden somewhere on page 78 of your notebook, and ask questions. Trust us, we love askholes.

Proactively pitch design-led big ideas or better yet, why limit yourself to design when you're really an ideas person? Pitch any and every idea that you feel is worth making it out into the world.
