Responsibilities:
SAP supply chain support for endusers support; provides support forSAP supply chainrelated modules mainly SAP APODP APOSNP andO.
Engagein configuring and customizing SAP APO andO9
Workwith the ABAP team to provide customized and enhanced SAPsolutions.
Develop and support custom integration between SAP APO BW andO9.
Developfunctional and interfacefocused specifications for SNP planningobjects and reports and assist with SNP solution configurationincluding unit and integrationtesting.
Install and configure SAP APODP and SNP systems and associatedsoftware in accordance with technicalspecifications.
Leverage knowledge of ECC/DP/SNP/BW planning capabilities andcontribute to the development of best practices that will optimizesupply chainsolutions.
Exposure to PI is aplus.
Investigate and resolve all DPrelated issues/questions from all DPDemand Planners outside Monthly ForecastCycle.
Provide daytoday support foro9
Workwith the BW team on APO/BW/o9issues.
Provide a Gap analysis and convert the user requirements intoformal requirements and design documents leading into systemssolutions.
Involve in setup and maintenance of CIF Core interface for APOECC
Supportand maintenance of CTM and heuristics planning inAPO.
Support with version cut and maintenance of processchains.
Support Demand planningprocesses.
Knowledge of APOdeployment.
Develop process documentation for processes andprocedures.
Develop training materials and deliver training to key businesspersonnel;
Prepare and execute test plans for newfunctionality.
Participate in daily support activities own and resolve daytodaysupport tickettickets.
Wellversed with APO MM and PP master data required formanufacturing Purchasing andPlanning.
Proficient in SAP queries andLSMWs.
Engage in learning and supporting other thirdparty tools supportingsupply chainfunction.
Communicate with system users. Efficiently investigate troubleshootand resolve systemproblems.
