    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Labor Management. The Vice President of Labor Management will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day labor operations, including workforce planning, talent acquisition and management, performance management, labor relations, compliance with labor laws and regulations, and developing and implementing labor policies and strategies. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

    Qualifications
    • Proven experience in labor management and industrial relations
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to develop and implement labor policies and strategies
    • Experience in workforce planning and talent acquisition
    • Ability to effectively manage labor relations and resolve conflicts
    • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field
