Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers in building and maintaining React-based applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
3. Architect, design, and implement scalable and reusable frontend components using React.
4. Implement best practices for performance optimization and code quality.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development, particularly in React ecosystem.
6. Drive the adoption of GraphQL for data fetching and manipulation within the frontend applications.
7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
8. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of frontend applications.
9. Contribute to the overall technical roadmap and strategy for frontend development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
3. Proficiency in and its core principles.
4. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
5. Experience with GraphQL for data fetching and manipulation.
6. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
7. Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and workflows such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
8. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to have:

1. Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) in React.
2. Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
3. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
