Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the hospital's mission, values, and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in alignment with the hospital's goals and regulatory requirements.
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
Maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Collaborate with department heads and senior management to address HR-related issues, anticipate future needs, and drive organizational success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management in the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR software.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
