    Overview:

    The HR Internplays a crucial role in supporting the HR department with variousadministrative and HRrelated tasks. They contribute to therecruitment process assist in implementing HR policies and supportemployee engagement initiatives.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Aid in therecruitment process by posting job ads screening resumes andscheduling interviews.
    • Assist in maintainingemployee records and HR databases.
    • Support theimplementation and communication of HR policies andprocedures.
    • Conduct data analysis and createreports on HR metrics such as turnover and retentionrates.
    • Participate in organizing andcoordinating HR projects and events.
    • Assist inonboarding and offboarding processes foremployees.
    • Provide support for HRrelatedinquiries and requests fromemployees.
    • Contribute to employee engagementinitiatives and activities.
    • Assist inconducting training sessions and workshops foremployees.
    • Help in the coordination ofperformance managementprocesses.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Currently pursuing adegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
    • Strong oral and written communicationskills.
    • Good understanding of HR practices andpolicies.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suiteand HR software platforms.
    • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion.
    • Excellent organizational andmultitasking abilities.
    • Strong attention todetail and accuracy in data management.
    • Abilityto work effectively in a team and collaborate withcolleagues.
    • Basic knowledge of employment lawsand regulations.
    • Previous internship or workexperience in an HR or administrative role is aplus.
