Job Title: Fleet Supervisor – Pharmaceutical Logistics

• Mile Operations Management
• Plan, monitor, and optimize first/middle/last-mile delivery routes to maximize on-time performance and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with external carriers and in-house drivers to meet stringent delivery SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mile Operations Management
• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery routes, ensuring timely and cost-effective product delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate delivery schedules and logistics.
• Team Leadership
• Skillfully manage and develop a team of delivery associates and drivers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and safety briefings to ensure team success.
• Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Handling
• Design and enforce standardized COD procedures to ensure accurate collection and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Pharmaceutical Warehouse Coordination
• Work closely with warehouse managers to ensure seamless pick-pack-load processes, adhering to GDP/GMP compliance.
• Monitor inventory movement, temperature-controlled handling, and documentation accuracy to prevent errors.
• Compliance & Safety
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across all fleet and warehouse activities.
• Investigate and report incidents, implementing corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize delivery KPIs.
• Generate reports to track progress and inform strategic decisions.
