User Interface Designer - Gurugram, India - Growhut
Description
We are seeking a creative and innovative Product Designer proficient in the latest tools and processes in the field and with a strong skill set in animation and interactive design. The successful candidate will design aesthetically pleasing and highly usable interfaces that align with our business objectives and enhance the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design intuitive, engaging, and seamless user interfaces for digital platforms, incorporating interactive and animated elements.
2. Translate complex business requirements into effective digital experiences using design and animation.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, identify design opportunities, and create meaningful user experiences.
4. Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to ensure designs meet user needs and drive customer satisfaction.
5. Stay up-to-date with design application updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to deliver innovative design solutions.
6. Produce high-quality design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
7. Advocate for the user throughout the development process and work closely with development teams to ensure the design vision is maintained, understood, and implemented.
8. Participate in design critiques, presenting design work and providing feedback to teammates in a thoughtful, constructive, and collaborative manner.
Qualifications
1. Should have 2-4yrs of experience
2. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your animation and interactive design skills.
3. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and knowledge of HTML/CSS and animation tools.
4. Knowledge of the latest UI/UX design trends and interactive technologies.
5. Strong understanding of usability and user-centred design principles.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong aesthetic sensibility.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8. Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
9. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
